Gently Falling and Truly Grateful stamp sets

I haven't played around with the emboss resist technique in quite a while.  I had forgotten just attractive a card with that technique can be.  It is so easy, stamp your base leaves in whatever color you might want, then ink your stamp again in VersaMark and emboss with clear powder.   Then sponge the background and finally wipe the embossed images with a tissue to reveal the white areas.   So pretty and so easy . . . I hope you will give it a try!  Remember if you need any supplies, they can be purchased in my online store, just click the "order online" button to the right of this post.    Happy Stampin!

Layered Labels, Papillon Potpourri, Petite Pairs and Gorgeous Grunge stamp sets

Sometimes, I start stamping with no idea where I am going.  I picked the Stampin' Up! Layered Labels stamp set because I wanted to use the coordinating Big Shot die.  I needed a sentiment, an accent and because the layout needed just a little something more, I added the splatter to the right side of the card. Then, before I knew it, I had used four, count them, four different sets.  Sorry about that, but I think each additional element just adds to the one before it.  Why don't you go crazy and try using multiple stamp sets on your next card?      Happy Stampin!

Greetings of the Season stamp set and Starburst Card Technique How to Video

Well, here we are again with another Christmas card.  I have been seeing this technique everywhere on the web and thought it would make a unique and easy Christmas card.  Have something other than Christmas in mind, all you have to do is change the designer series paper and this type of card layout will work for any occasion.  I certainly hope you'll give it a try.    Happy Stampin!

Gifts of Kindness and Gorgeous Grunge stamp sets

Making this card put me a little out of my comfort level.  Crisp Cantaloupe is not a color I gravitate to, but combined with the Epic Day This and That DSP it really perked up.  I also like the doily and the ruffle ribbon.  Why don't you step out of your comfort zone and try a new color.    Happy Stampin!
