There is nothing better than going to your mailbox and finding a handmade card. Wouldn’t you love to receive this A Touch of Ink Thinking of You card? Which, by the way, you can choose as your Sale-a-bration gift with a $100 purchase. Who doesn’t love a gift with purchase—I know I certainly do.
As you can see from looking around my blog, I love butterflies. So, I was especially pleased when this set contained a beautiful side view butterfly. I truly wish, Stampin’ Up! would include more side view butterflies in their stamp sets. Sometimes, you want to place them on a flower, and the full-on butterfly doesn’t seem to work quite as well.
Have you tried the Stampin’ Up! Blends alcohol markers? Wow, they are so easy to use, and you get amazing results with minimal effort. Be sure to check out my video below for some hints to great coloring.
Hopefully, you are now inspired to create your own A Touch of Ink Thinking of You card.

I am so pleased that Stampin’ Up! decided to add theDaisy Lane stamp set with the smaller daisy and the beautiful fern. They made it so simple to create this beautiful Daisy Lane Friendship Card. It is also wonderful to have both the large and medium daisy punches.
You can find the bundle on page 23 of the new 2019-2020 Stampin’ Up! annual catalog. If you would like to purchase the products used to create this card or anything else you might want or “need” click HERE or on the links below this post.
I have always loved having a fern stamp and think this one is particularly beautiful and it fills the background with just the right touch to showcase the daisies.
I thought the “white space” was just a bit much. So, I toned it down with the spatter stamp from the Waterfront stamp set. I wanted a very light touch to the “splatter,” so the stamp was tapped off twice before stamping. Love the results! The Clear Faceted Gems filled the centers of the daisies adding that all-important touch of glam and of course, the petals are colored with the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.

Whisper White cardstock 3-3/4″ x 5″ (inside of card)

I was trying to decide how to use Froggy on the unicycle, and the thought came to me, let’s put him on a tightrope, juggling flies. This card could just be a fun birthday card, but with the sentiment “You can do ANYTHING” it is a great encouragement card. Hope you like it as much as I do…
Now, don’t be intimidated!! Yes, you can draw the posts and tightrope. Just watch my video below and you too can make this cute card. Imagine, all the possibilities. You can put any image on the rope and it will make a great card.
As you can see the posts are simply two lines with an oval on the top. It’s a piece of cake! But, if you need instructions do not hesitate to watch my YouTube and see for yourself just how simple it is.
